HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE

Shopping at Hello Supply is easy:

    • Use the JEWELRY, EYEWEAR and ACCESSORIES links. You can also shop directly from the Lookbook or by style.
    • Once you have found an item, click on the ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’ button on the product page.
    • Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING BAG’ link at the top of the page.
    • Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

You can shop at Hello Supply without creating an account.

However, register with us and you’ll be able to enjoy the following benefits

    • Track your orders and review past purchases
    • Add sold out items and products you love to your Wish List
    • Preview our new collections and register your interest for your favorite pieces through our seasonal Lookbook
    • Save your address so you can shop even quicker next time

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES HELLO SUPPLY ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Which also allows you to check out with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

To ensure that you don’t experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY COST, AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

CAN I CHANGE OR AMMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes of placing your order. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

We do our best to get your items to you as safe and fast as possible. Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. Orders cannot be cancelled after 30 minutes of placing your order.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

At this time we are currently not accepting Returns or Exchanges.

WHAT IF MY ITEM GETS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In the case of items damaged during shipment, please immediately contact our customer care department at CS@HelloSupply.Com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will work with you to replace your item as fast as we can. If we are able to locate a replacement, we will send it to you at no charge to you, and will ask you to return the damaged/defective item to us using our free return service. Damaged or defective items can only be returned for the same item in the same size and color.

CAN I APPLY A PROMOTION CODE TO AN ORDER I ALREADY PLACED?

Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply promotion codes to any orders.

HOW ARE PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO ORDERS?

All promotion codes are applied to the order and deducted from the product subtotal. For example, if you have a 10% discount, the percentage discount will apply and be deducted from the product subtotal.

THROUGH WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail, Fedex Ground or Air.

HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?

Unless you received an order confirmation, we did not charge your card. If your credit card was declined, you may see pending transactions for each attempt to submit payment. The pending transaction will clear up within three to five business days, depending on your bank, and will never turn into a charge. You will always get an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site. Please check your billing address before submitting the order again.
